Facilities and Grounds Committee - PVHOA
The Architectural Control Committee (ACC) is responsible for reviewing applications for exterior architectural and landscaping changes from individual homeowners. The ACC approves or denies submitted changes by homeowners. The ACC is also responsible for developing draft architectural guidelines and related regulations for submission to the Board of Directors for approval. The office of RS Fincher is in charge of keeping the Clubhouse rental operation, and the committees reservations for meetings and activities. A separate Clubhouse Coordinator is responsible for inspecting the Clubhouse and arranging cleaning and maintenance. email@example.com 919-349-3687
The Facilities and Grounds Committee is responsible for monitoring and supervising maintenance of all common areas in Park Village. The common areas include the swimming pool, parking lots, the clubhouse, the ponds, trails and greenways, neighborhood parks, the cemetery, the Park Village entranceway, Park Village Drive landscaping, playgrounds and recreational facilities, sidewalks, buffers, the irrigation systems, water quality systems and other common areas. The Facilities and Grounds Committee implements grounds-related projects (such Yard of the Month program, Clean-up program, holiday decorations) and makes appropriate recommendations to the Board of Directors concerning regulations, budget, planning, contracts, reserve funds, and other areas related to facilities and grounds. The Facilities and Grounds Committee chair shall maintain close liaison with the management company on facilities and grounds issues and with the Playground committee regarding playground maintenance.
The Mom's Club is a community activity where parents get together and have play dates for their children. All are invited to come out. They usually meet at the clubhouse or at the community playground.
The Playground Committee is in charge of keeping and maintaining the playground in safe conditions. The playground committee is also responsible for continue the initial plan to conclude its constructions. Tracey Asbill
The Swim Team Committe is in charge of the planning, coordinating and implementing activities for the youth to participate in TSA(Triangle Swim Assoc.) summer swim league Thomas Koo
Social Committee is responsible for organizing events and activities to connect Park Village residents, allowing a positive environment for PV neighbors to interact and build a sense of community. We invite residents to join the committee to help stage events and/or participate leading an activity based on their talents or skills.
